It's planned as low-density, eco-conscious development — the layouts are customizable, so each cluster of plots can be shaped around its owners' preferences while staying true to the community's island-inspired concept.
Two plot formats anchor the community: expansive "Billionaire Bunker" plots of 6,000+ sq yd for those who want maximum space and privacy, and more compact "Fruit Orchard Cluster" plots from 1,000 sq yd onwards, each planned around integrated greenery and fruit orchards. Shared touches like skywalks and stargazing decks are woven through the community for an elevated, nature-first lifestyle. Masterplanning is credited to Apurva Amin Architects in the project's own brochure.
